Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging BuzPeak LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) for services, you (“client”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services including web design, e-commerce development, content writing, digital marketing, and any other service listed on this site.

2. Services

BuzPeak provides digital services as described on our Services pages or as outlined in a signed proposal/statement of work (“SOW”). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be detailed in the SOW or invoice provided to the client.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final deliverables (source files, live transfer, etc.) are released.
• For ongoing services (marketing retainers, maintenance), payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in paused work until the account is current.

4. Scope Changes

Work outside the agreed scope (additional pages, revisions beyond what’s included, new features) will be quoted separately and requires client approval before work begins.

5. Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on timely delivery of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays on the client’s side may extend the project timeline accordingly.

6. Ownership & Deliverables

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website, content, designs) created specifically for them. BuzPeak retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuzPeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
